Quick whipped cream

Ingredients

  • 50 ml heavy cream 35%
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • a hint of vanilla

Instructions

  • Dump everything in a standing mixer with the whisk attachment or hand mixer on medium speed for like 2 minutes. That’s it.
