If you like sweet and spicy sauce you will love this Thai glazed salmon recipe. It’s super easy to make and you can do it for 1 person or 6 just as easily. Makes it the perfect recipe for a weekday dinner !

You need
- 3-5 Salmon filets ( about 250g each)
- 1/2cup Thai chilli sauce ( see recipe here )
- 1-2 bell pepper chopped ( pick whichever color you like)
- 1/4cup soy sauce
- half lime juice
- grated ginger ( about a 1-inch piece will work)
- chilli flakes
- veggies of your choice ( sugarsnap/snow peas, carrots, onion, etc)
- fresh cilantro and/or 1-2 green onion chopped and/or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375F
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Lay the salmon and the veggies on it
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and chilli flakes. Using a brush cover the salmon and vegetable with the sauce. Keep a little bit to do a final brush
- Cover your tray foil and bake for 15 minutes( if you like it well done bake it 20) . Discard the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Note that cooking time will vary greatly depending on the thickness of the filets. The timing here is for thick one
- Remove from oven, brush the remaining sauce on the salmon and serve
